akehillt sure! armpit to armpit is 19". length from the bottom of the strap to the bottom of the shirt is 14" in the front. the straps are adjustable so you can make them tighter/looser like a bra. At the loosest setting it is about 20" long and at the tightest it is 16.5" from top of strap to bottom of shirt. I hope that helps!

akehillt @malaanne87 I would think so! The bust at the widest part is 19" on one side so about 39" around and the waist area is 17" on one side. I'm a 32D and the only problem is the looseness of it so I think it would fit you!
