ladysharnia @meaowciao Hello. The flat bust measurement at its widest point, deliberately flattened, is about 17 inches. I added another picture to display the cup allowance. The fully elasticized waist is about 13 inches flat and unstretched (see pictures). The widest part of the hip of the dress flat (accounting for the pictured pleating on the back to account for the rear) measures 23 inches. Please let me know if you have additional questions.
