Fashion Star Dress Pants by Express

Yes these are dress pants in a silky, navy fabric from Fashion Star by Express. Fashion Star was a reality tv show for wannabe designers Express did ages ago. They have a pleat that begins a few inches below the waistband and runs the entire front length of the pant leg. And a side pleat that begins a couple inches below the front pleat that extends to the very ends of the pant leg but here is creating an opening so you have a pair of pants with two long side slits because both pant legs are the same. The look of the pants can actually appear as a skirt. I tried the best I could to show these pleats in the pics. This piece has a back zip, two side pockets, and is brand new with tags, never been worn. Unfortunately these are too small for me and can’t be modeled. Lying flat they measure approximately 15 inches at the waist, 42 inches from the waist to the hem of the legs, and the pant leg itself is 21 inches wide so there’s plenty of material here to create that skirt look. The backside of the legs have no other pleats. The last two pics are a side view of the pants, the tag is partially in the pocket to show that.
