Fashion Nova Tie Dye Dress Medium

It’s a black tie die dress from fashion Nova that feels too small for me, worn once in the picture, coming from smoke/pet free home. Trying to sell it asap. I’m 5’1 and the last picture is how it fits on me. It does rise up a little on me while walking. It had very soft and breathable material, thinnish but not see through.
