Fashion Nova Jeans size 9

Brand New Fashion Nova mid-rise skinny jeans. Still have the tags attached. Very cute, never worn. They just weren't the right size for me. Not sure of the inch of the jeans but the size chart said that waist (in) is from 28-29 and hips( in) 38-40. Size 9, but there was no option to choose from.
