Brand new. Never used them besides when I took the picture and when I tried it on when I first got them in. They do have a stretchy feel, and they me loose and I didn’t like how they looked on me...... I couldn’t return it cause I have the habit of taking the tags off before trying them on.. They’re beautiful but like i said to big for me and didn’t like how they looked on me.
