Fashion Magazine sheer mesh floral blazer 0X

Is tagged as a 2X but I feel it runs slightly smaller than that. Would fit more comfortable as a 0X-1X in my opinion, please see measurements. Black sheer mesh fabric with floral pattern. Single button closure towards the bottom. Great condition. approx 22 inches pit to pit 24 inches length MB*
