Fashion Magazine Ed Hardy-esque Rusched Mini-Dress

I don't know if this is an actual Ed Hardy design, but it certainly looks like one... there is a heart right where the wearer's heart would be... and Heart of Love is printed under it. The sides are rusched all the way, and the design of the dress has that interrupted look, like it was printed with all the folds gathered together, but then when separated, there are blank lines like stripes. 98% polyester, 2% spandex I think it's a 90s, Y2K dress, tank style and racerback. Size medium, but the way it fits my mannequin, I'd say it could fit a size small too. Armpit to armpit 12" but stretches 4+ inches Length from shoulder 34"
