Fashion Forward ruched blue synthetic leather zipper detail shoulder bag/purse

Vintage 2000's blue shoulder bag, brand new with tags. Never used. Kept in a dust bag with other new purses, so its in perfect condition. Zip closure, inside lined with compartments and a zipper compartment. Silver buckle details, lining is probably 100% polyester. Measurements: 16" long and 13'" height Need more measurements or pics?
