Fashion Bug light blue cotton knit tunic

Light blue cotton knit tunic with a v-neck that is framed by chiffon in a layered look. Fashion Bug size L. Chest measures about 23" flat, length from shoulder to hem is about 29". One small defect in the chiffon by the shoulder (see pic). Otherwise in good condition.
