Fashion Bug (Found @ Target) Black Skirt

Black thick “Fashion Bug” Skirt (Can be Found at Target). Pencil Silhouette but kinda loose. Size Medium- Large. Rides up on thicker thighs or bums. Good length. Thin enough to wear with tights but thick enough to wear by itself. Good closet staple. No stains, never worn, washed. I am willing to negotiate any prices! Thank you for checking out my shop :)
