Fascinator Hat Handmade Vintage Blue Flowers Off-white & Blue

Fascinator hat is white and blue paisley with upcycled vintage, velvet flowers (taken from a 1950's accessory) . This hat is handmade with fabric sewn over a round, sinamay base. The underside has trim along the fabric edges to prevent fraying. There is an alligator clip and a hair pin loop to secure it. Perfect for the Kentucky Derby, church, Easter, wedding, baptism, and outdoor parties . All of my hats are handmade by me and are one of a kind. They are often made from upcycled materials and fabric scraps. All designs are my own and their resemblance to other designers' hats are merely coincidence.
