Black felt fedora fascinator for ladies. Inspired by vintage styles of the 1890s. Black tulle and feathers set off the giant silky black dahlia centerpiece. Easily clips on with 2 alligator clips under the hat. This hat is small (a fascinator) and can be worn with hair up or down. Very gently worn once by me for one photo shoot.
