Farm Rio Lime Green Maxi Dress NWT Size XS

Farm Rio lime green maxi dress. New with tags. Flowy, satiny fabric. Beautiful O-ring cutout in the middle, with subtle side cutouts and ties that look great hanging in front or brought around into a bow in the back. Zipper closure along upper backside. Bought an XS hoping it would fit, but I need to accept it just isn’t my size. Would fit a 0-2 very nicely. Length is at my ankles, and I am 5’4, so no need to hem it if you are on the shorter side.
