@hfminerva72 Hi it runs small. I messured it on a mannequin best I could and seems to be 20 inches across on bust and waist 31 there is a little stretch but honestly I say a small loose or medium more fitting

@hfminerva72 I am busty at the top you slip this dress on from bottom. The overlay has stretch but the slip itself is more fitting. its a gorgeous dress that I never got to wear to palm beach function. It def doesn't feel like a XL its more a medium. Thanks for looking!
