Fancy stripped top

This is a top that is great to wear to brunch, church, and so much more. It's very flattering around the waist, but flow-y at the hips. It's a stripped white and navy blue top with navy blue pretty lacy material at the top. There is nice pleating at the top of the shirt. There is no padded bra, so I'd recommend a strapless bra.
