Fancy halter top

Dressy type of tank top, ties around the neck, with ruffle detail at the chest and a low V-cut. I bought it, & it's probably a size medium. The tag for the material in size is not there, and I don't know why unless I removed it because it irritated me. Worn once, very cute khaki green top.
