Fancy dress I wore on my birthday ONCE

This is a fancy dress covered in gold rhinestones . I only wore it once (for my 21st bday in September) and its one of those dresses I will only wear once because of how sparkly and bright it is . I paid $85 for this dress at Windsor (if you do not believe me , find the dress in store or on their website & you’ll see ). It looks small but it’s STRETCHY MATERIAL. I know this because I’m a thick girl. It’s a size Large w/an under lining.
