Fancy Navy Sweater/cardigan

A fancy navy fleece sweater that latches in the middle! The buttons are just for show and it doesn't actually button all the way down. I did my best to show a picture of where it latches. The sleeves are form fitting. It's from Charlotte Russe and is a size S. In great condition with no rips or tears. It's been washed a couple times so the arms have a little bit of fuzz, but it's just normal for that fabric after it's been washed.
