This sweet toy phone is really stylish and when you put AA batteries in the bottom and push the center button on the dial, Fancy Nancy talks in many different ways like do you want to have a Tea Party, etc. it also has beautiful blue roses on it but they are small amounts of skint marks on them unfortunately but it still has character, elegance and style and make a great toy for your loved one. Batteries are not included. There is also a on and off switch that is on the bottom also. This sweet little phone can be used without activation by letting your loved one use her imagination and creative skills to use when she plays.
