Fancy Fashion Purple Top

This is new with tags but it does have a small snag on front, see pic. It is marked as a 3X but the measurements do not agree with that. Approx. 20” P2P, (dolman sleeves, hard to gauge), 16” across bottom hem and 27” in length. There is a ton of stretch but clearly not the size stated. Very saturated Royal purple color. Sleeves are short and as mentioned, it is a Dolman style blouse. The fabric is viscose/nylon.
