NWT= Formal Dress from Macy's, size 14W (for very tall person {suggesting 5'8" or taller}. Multi Blues Foral skirt with hints of purple and solid dark Blue top area with Satin Bow. Waist to floor is approximately 50/51" with Skirt part = waist to floor 42". Made in Vietnam, 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex, Satin Blue Ribbon. Hand wash separately, Do Not Bleach, Lay Flat to Dry, Do Not Steam or Dry Clean. Never worn, purchase another dress and too late to return to Macy's.
