33" hip unstretched waist 27" unstretched this dress is very stretchy and adjustable in back so forgiving as far as sizing goes fits like a glove and I'm a very curvy 5'5" size 2 or 4 but it also fit when I was smaller and bigger. new without tags. I love this dress but it's been in my closet for a while now without being worn and no occasion in sight. would be great for a cruise or traveling as it is quick dry and super comfortable and can go from day to night easily! not sure brand as it was an Amazon purchase
