This is a vintage Famous Buttonholer in a Blue Plastic Case which is marked Universal Model CC on the side. It includes the device an additional plate and bolt. It has no additional accessories. All pieces appear to move as intended but it has not been tested with a machine. It is in good condition with no damage.
