@williamson6195 hello - it’s a bit difficult to measure because of the blouson on the bust. I measured it flat without stretching it too much and it was 21.5-22 inches in the center. The smallest part of the waist (under breast is 18.5 inches seam to seam/ flat). The top of the seam that makes the v is 22 inches flat. And the point of the v is 28 inches flat. I hope this makes sense. I also add the fame and partners size guide from Nordstrom..
