Fall/winter short dress

This is one of those dresses from Forever 21 where everyone asks you where you got your dress and they are shocked when you tell them the answer. They expect an upscale shop. This dress looks so adorable with opaque black tights and black booties. It is just a little bit too short for me (I am 5'9"). The neckline is really different and stands up so it looks great with big earrings and your hair back.
