Fall pencil skirt

Totally adorable and perfect for fall and winter. Thicker material ELLE brand penicl skirt. Strechy waist ans has alot of strech throught entire skirt. Worn 1 time with a black peplum top, tights and boots. Black,white and red stripes with thin chevron pipping in between them make this classy skirt a true winner for the office! EUC washed after the 1 wesr and hung dry. Fits a xs or small I think.
