jjthejetplane @jenryleelucas 14 1/2. If you need more measurements let me know. I think they run a little bit big for a 0. I weigh about 115 and have a butt and I can get in them, not comfortably but I can. I think they fit more like a 2. The only place they are tight is right at the waste band and that hits me right at the top of my pelvic bone. Hope that helps.
