Sleeveless Watercolor Blouse

So striking!! Beautiful sleeveless blouse with high collar. Collar has ruffled look and 3 buttons in back with keyhole design. Waist has elastic and ruffle look also. Watercolor design...red, black, gray, and white. Blouse is a sheer chiffon overlay but is fully lined with black...totally opaque. 100% polyester. Size small. Blouse is about 23" long, 17" across (measured Under arms). Hardly worn...Like new!!
