Yes I saw that, rothy said they were not related to that website at all. But I don’t understand if they got overstock product or just trying to scam?

@chelseampaez the shoes on these websites are counterfeit and not overstock. They are simply not Real Rothy’s.

@chelseampaez The only way to be sure you getting authentic Rothy’s is to buy them directly from Rothys.com or Rothy’s stores. When you go on their website, they have a list of locations. I’ve been buying Rothy’s for a few years so I know how to tell authentic ones from fakes

@brens01 I’ve been buying Rothy’s from their website for several years, but only lately there been all kinds of mishaps. I think there is a lot of counterfeit shoes that look so like real Rothy’s being “returned” directly to Rothy’s and some dishonest ppl keeping the real ones. I heard on more than one occasion ppl received used or fake ones directly from website

@brens01 Rothy’s need to have better quality control with their returns. I think as Rothy’s got more popular, more and more dishonest people doing all the disgusting switching fake for real ones and unsuspecting buyers end up fake shoes.

@brens01 just one more thing, whenever I purchased from Rothy’s website, I always did it through my account, so I knew I’m on the real Rothy’s website and not a lookalike. Websites that look like Rothy’s.

@brens01 yes Rothy’s account, like many other companies have. But like I said the more popular they got , the more problems with counterfeit. I only get their latest releases now because they haven’t been faked yet. But I feel bad for people who need staples like Black Points or Red because those happened to be faked mostly

@shoemakerr I purchased a pair of Rothys, but they are missing the whole insole label. So are they fake? Everything else seems to point “real” . Is there anywhere I can post a picture to get them authenticated?

@ckbluegirl99 Problem with fake ones is that if they don’t fit, you can’t return or exchange them because these websites pretending to be Rothy’s, sell a bunch of shoes and move on. In many cases people who ordered from these websites, did not receive exactly what they ordered and to answer your question, no they don’t fit the same at all!
