I’m posting this again since I keep seeing these rings here.
Be aware of fake items being sold as 14k that come from china. Not only are they cheaply made but they could potentially have unknown heavy metals that children should not be exposed to. If in doubt, take a screen shot of the image and try google search images to see if it comes up on wish or temu or another sight.
I myself have purchased one of these rings but luckily could tell right away it was fake.

There are many sellers here doing this. They buy from Wish, AliExpress, dh gate, etc for pennies and charging hundreds of dollars. The sad thing is that even though they are being reported Poshmark does nothing and allows them to continue.

I would never buy anything claimed to be 14 kt gold on a reselling site. But I am aware that Poshmark allows for 3 days to file a claim. If I did buy any 14kt gold jewelry on a resale site, I would right away get it appraised and if it is fake, I would get written proof and then inform Poshmark. Although even before I would consider purchasing, I would take a look at the seller’s profile to see if they have a high rating, quite a few “love” notes from previous satisfied buyers,

Is a gem specialist, perhaps has an actual jewelry store, and is an ambassador. There are some sellers that meet that criteria. I also would never purchase any supposedly high quality jewelry from a seller who has no information about themselves on their profile. Also perhaps has only one to three listings only especially if the seller has been on the site for years and never sold anything in their listings.

One more thing, the same thing happens with sellers who purchase jewelry from Amazon and reselling the jewelry for about triple of what they paid and perhaps make false claims about the jewelry.

@newmoonjewelry : omgg i know -- thats what i cant stand the most on THIS platform is trying to look for jewelry &+ having to scroll through thousands of fake items like the ones listed in the pics here ,, people putting keywords in their listings like 10k 14k solid gold diamond .. etc.. but its nothing CLOSE to ANY OF THAT!!
