This adorable boho beachy dress is made of a lightweight cotton with blue stripes, and features an elasticized neckline which can be worn off- or on- the shoulder. Self belt has tassels on the end, and puffed 3/4 sleeves have ties at hem. Unlined. Modeled on a size 6 dress form. Called a size large on paper tag, but garment tag says US Size 8.
