Faithful the Brand. Purchased at Anthropologie. Yellow with white stripes, button down short sleeve with tie front. Very faint mark indicated in photos, not sure if it will wash out but not very noticeable. No other signs of wear and otherwise in great condition just needs to be ironed! Fits true to size
