This is the Fairy tail-feather dress by Elven Forest. Fit & flare design with a high / low hem and a godet in the back. It's made of 100% cotton jersey in a deep midnight blue color. The first photos is from the designer, used with their permission. Elven Forest is a custom designer that specialized in what can be described as boho, festival, fae, fairy, etc. style looks. I'm reselling this custom piece because it no longer fits. For reference, my measurements are 35-28-38 and it's uncomfortably tight. I think it would fit a size 2 or 4. Measurements taken flat. Keep in mind this is jersey and will STRETCH * pit to pit 14.5" * waist 13" * free hip * front length 31" * back length 41" Condition is great as it was very lightly used. It was always a little snug for me. Comes from smoke-free home with cat. Stored away from cat but stray hairs are always possible.
