Fair isle footie pjs from Carter’s size 5T

These are so cute, but have a few holes. We had bought these off Poshmark and stitched up the crotch, but now there are holes in the toes and some other spots (pictured). Might be time to repurpose these, but posting in case anyone’s interested. Offers welcome!
