sure no problem- i get low offers all the time and often sell things where i make pennies- just happens sometimes. But it is also a common practice by which buyers initiate a negotiation, so you can counter back and we can hopefully meet in the middle. When you just decline, it ends any possible negotiation/sale

@heartclothes00 and I do usually counter back but when someone comes in that low there is honestly no point in going back and forth. If you feel comfortable making pennies, that is great, me not so much. With packing supplies and gas to the post office, I like to make some sort of profit but that's just me.
