Excellent, clean condition. No stains. No holes. There is 1 very small area in the back towards the hem where I see a little fraying. I've shown at a normal viewing distance and close up (see the last picture). I treated the area with Fray Check to prevent any further thinning. It will feel stiff but will soften with washing. size L - see pictures for approximate flat measurements I take my measurements with the item laying flat on a hard, level surface. The garments are not stretched or pulled. I smooth out the item just enough to remove any large creases or folds in the fabric. These measurement pictures are just an approximation.
