Faded Glory, plus size 2X, off the shoulder, peasant blouse

This is a plus size, 2X (18W-20W), wide neck, ruffled, sleeveless, black flowered blouse made of 100% Rayon. Machine wash and tumble dry on low. It has slight slits along the hem for added comfort. This blouse measures approx 25 inches from collar to hem, making it long enough to provide great coverage. The ruffle is approx 6.5 inches and has a cool fringe along bottom of the entire ruffle. It looks super cute with a pair of jeans or a jean skirt. It has been washed but never worn.
