Toggle through the speeds by pressing the speed up/down button to choose the speed you need. Rinse your face with clean warm water and pat dry with a soft towel. Ice Roller: Store the roller in the fridge at all times or can be placed in freezer for 15 mins before use. Make sure skin is clean before you apply.
