hannahvinz hi I'm still waiting for your response on my last text regarding the three mask that I bought from you. Sorry that I keep asking you about this. This is for my Aunt and my sister and myself. if you shipped two then it's ok. But I need to know when you shipped this out and tracking number. I was very stressed about ordering here at poshmark. I was already scam by another seller and poshmark is not doing anything about it.

carinekwo @hannahvinz I did reply to you. I said I already shipped 2 masks because it shows on my side that you only purchased 2 masks. I do not get paid until you release the money. if you have been charged for 3 masks and you only getting 2, you need to contact Poshmark customer service. only Poshmark can do refund. I am sorry this is happening to you. I just want to help and I wish I can help you. but I can't. the money is pending until accepted by the customer by Poshmark rule. please contact them.

hannahvinz @carinekwo yes you said you shipped it. there was no tracking in the system. it was not updated shipping information still saying awaiting shipment. if you did not ask the post office to scan it then it will not be updated. do you have the tracking number?

carinekwo @hannahvinz please I do multiple shipping. with Poshmark. preprint label you don't need receipts, just dropped packages at the post office. I'm not here to scam anyone. I been selling on Poshmark for a very long and all my customers received their items in a timely manner. you can cancel your order if you don't feel comfortable with the process. you can keep the masks once you receive them. no biggy. I don't like arguing with my customers.
