Fabulous vintage dead stock dress with detachable ruffle, sz M

Black & white fanciful frock with detachable bottom ruffle! Never seen anything like this before? Nor have I, but it’s fabulous! That pattern! That fit! It’s also deadstock, tags still attached! I am a solid size 8 (borderline 10), and 5’6, small busted- for size reference. Thanks for looking!
