I love this skirt and the compliments rolled in. Purchased 2 of these skirts and cut slip out to double the fluff. Paired with heels and a black top - I owned it. Waist will stretch to 38” max, length about 28.5” Please note - no returns. All items I sell are clean and light (if any wear)
