This is a fabric that feels like rubber and it knit together with like string but black heavier than string. This amazing design you could wear it like a scarf. I like it the way I’ve shown it to you in the pictures. It’s great over a black top would also be great over a white top, lots of ways to wear and you can reverse it and wear the short side in the front and the long side in the back.
