Fabulous VTG Ultra Dress NY long & pleated M-L

This vintage 80’s navy blue dress is sure to be a classic! 12 petite buttons decorate the front. At hips, wonderful pleats flow. Scoop neck. Original shoulder pads that are easy to snip out if you do not want them. Bodice is lined. The short sleeves are somewhat sheer. Long zipper in the back. It is a long midi on a tall person or full length on a shorter person. A real gem of an oldie! Marked 16 but truthfully, much more like a 10 or 12. Please check the measurements for yourself. Wear with vintage heels or short boots.
