Purchased in a boutique in Georgetown, DC ca. 2010, worn once or twice. Velvet heel detail, metallic floral embellishment on each toe. Incredible sequin craftsmanship. Like new, fits TTS. These got more compliments in one cocktail party than any other show I've owned. Original MSRP was $495 if I remember correctly.
