Fabulous NWT OnTwelfth ruffle-neck blouse

Precious ruffle-neck blouse with covered buttons from the brand OnTwelfth. Purchased at RedDressBoutique and it wasn't quite what I needed for the layering I wanted to do. It's so cute, but it'd be better off in another home! Slightly ivory in color. Would look great under a v-neck sweater, dress, tucked into a skirt, buttoned up under a crew-neck sweater... it really is great.
