poshruckus @mlerae5 The measurements are: Length: 29 inches from top of fabric to bottom. There is also an adjustable leather shoulder strap not included in length because depends on where adjusted. 4 inches at its shortest. Armpit to armpit: 18 inches Waist:12 inches but stretches to 17 and 1/2 flat Hips: 17 inches flat but has quite a bit of stretch in the underlying lining. Hope this helps. Thanks for looking! 🥰

poshruckus @clarabethsmommy Sorry for the delayed response. I missed your comment. I do believe it would fit a 4. There is an elastic waist and it is adorable, quite boho girly. The bust area is not fitted but probably would not fit a very busty woman properly without pulling across. Hope this helps and thank you for looking. 😀
