Presented here is a stunning Leonard tunic and palazzo pant suit from the early 1970's. This museum quality gem is a truly magnificent example of Leonard Paris at its very finest.
Then, there is 7 inches to where there are 10 button closures. After that, there is 13 inches to the bottom of the garment.
There is no size, but the long sleeve tunic with French cuffs is an approximate size 2 to 6. It is a Dolman sleeve and the measurements on the seam from shoulder to shoulder are very narrow at 15 inches but the garment can be worn after the seam of the shoulder due to the way the arm is constructed.
The length of the garment from the back of the neck to the bottom is 38 inches. It is difficult to measure the length of the sleeve because it is a Dolman sleeve, so the underarm measurement to the end of the sleeve with the cuff opened is 24 inches, but the cuff of the sleeve is 4 inches. The top of the shoulder to the end of the open cuff is 31 inches.
There is an elastic waist with two buttoned with two snap closures with beautiful Leonard design on them. Un-stretched the measurement of the waist of the pants is 24 inches. The length of the palazzo pant from the top of the pant to the bottom is 42 inches. At the bottom of the pants there is a 2 inch sewn-on trim with a 1.75 inch hem which could very easily be let down. The palazzo pants at the bottom measure 25 inches wide. The inseam measures 32 inches. The garment is 100% silk. Made in France.
