Fab’rik Pleated Blouse

Fab’rik deep blue/green sleeveless blouse with pleated fabric accents. The blouse has a V neck with buttons down the front. The fabric is see though and lightweight. The sleeves and neckline have a rough unfinished edge that adds a nice detail. Good condition!
