I am now a 31 waist and a 46 hip and it is too small. I can definitely say that these leggings give you extreme tummy support . These are great for moms because they suck you in and they snatch you in. Also, if you’re doing high intensity workouts, the defined power hold leggings are where it’s at because it’s going to hold everything in place and where it needs to be. These are ultra stretchy however, if you have a 46 hip or bigger, which I plan on having bigger than 46 inch hips so I might as well sell them to somebody who can use them for a long time I won’t be able to use them for nothing other than a month so they need to go to a good home
